Leah made a Harley Quinn hair that is more textured like her hair. If you type in Harley Quinn it will pop up. I hope it will help :p

About hair: it’s photoshopped, but the pigtails are by Kiara Zurk (mystufforigin). About the shine: it is a bug happening on MAC computers (search for «shiny sim glitch sims 4» on google). I’ll update the files as soon as I find a solution! =)
